Founding Full-Stack Engineer (AI & FinTech)

About the Role

We are a stealth-mode AI venture on a mission to build transformative products at the intersection of productivity and finance. We're looking for a brilliant, product-minded engineer to join our core founding team and lead the technical development of our entire product suite.

You won't be ticket-taking in a large organization. You will be a key architect, working directly with the co-founders to shape our technology, our product, and our future. Your decisions will have a foundational impact on our success.

What You'll Do

• Lead the end-to-end architecture and development of our web and future mobile applications
• Design, build, and maintain scalable backend systems, databases, and APIs using modern stacks (we currently use React/Next.js and Supabase)
• Own the full development lifecycle, from ideation and technical design to deployment and iteration
• Collaborate directly with the co-founders on product strategy and the technical roadmap
• Establish the engineering culture and mentor future junior engineers and interns who will join our mission

Who We're Looking For

• An experienced full-stack developer with a proven track record of building and shipping products
• Strong proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Next.js, Node.js) and backend services (Supabase, Firebase, or similar)
• A product-minded engineer who thinks about user experience, not just code
• Someone with a strong sense of ownership who thrives in a fast-paced, autonomous environment
• An excellent problem-solver who is comfortable with ambiguity and making critical technical decisions
